Victoria & Albert’s Chef’s Table Dinner – Serves an exquisitely prepared 10-course taking menu by Victoria & Albert’s chef de cuisine and delicious wine pairings by the sommelier.
This dining experience is approximately a 3-hour service, the chef offers up delicious morsels and tasting samples, adapting the mouth-watering feast to your party’s dietary preferences. Up to 8 guests will choose from the wine options, then the sommelier selects the ideal vintage to enjoy with each dish.

Pools at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa
Beach Pool – Unwind at this 11,261-gallon pool overlooking Seven Seas Lagoon. Slip and slide down the 181-foot-long waterslide amid a tranquil natural springs-themed setting, complete with cascading waterfalls and zero-depth entry similar to that of a beach. A walking bridge provides a scenic view of the pool and enjoy the lounge and bar offerings nearby of refreshments and snacks.
There is an adjacent splash area for the little ones available.
Courtyard Pool – Cool down at this zero-entry leisure pool, located behind the main building. Offering a calm and peaceful swimming experience, the heated Courtyard Pool descends to a maximum depth of nearly 5 feet and features an adjacent whirlpool spa.
Complimentary towels are provided at all pools.
Lifejackets are available at Captain’s Shipyard
Cabana Rentals – Luxury style cabanas with Disney’s signature attention-to-details at the Beach pool, adjacent to the shore of Seven Seas Lagoon is another level of pampering. These outdoor Oasis are the perfect way to spend a day by the pool. Cabanas offer the option for sun or shade while enjoying refreshments and personal electronics.

Grand 1 Yacht
Offering a one of-a-kind experience onboard the elegant Grand 1. The excursion around Bay Lake and Seven Seas Lagoon while sailing on this fabulous 52-foot Sea Ray® Sedan Bridge Yacht that defines impeccable taste. With an experienced captain and deckhand at the helm, Guests can enjoy private dining and butler amenities in a breath-taking setting. This spacious watercraft accommodates a total of 18 people—or 17 if traveling with a butler.
Select an evening cruise for views of the Magic Kingdom fireworks spectacular, with synchronized audio from onboard speakers so you don’t miss a single sound.

Pirate Adventure Cruise – Approximately 2 hours of hidden treasure fun for children ages 4 to 12 that must be potty trained. Choose from 2 excursions, each excursion is kids only, weather permitting from 9:30am-11:30am.
Islands of the Caribbean Pirate Cruise
Buccaneers sail the Ports of the Caribbean waters towards a tropical island located in the middle of Barefoot Bay while listening to legends of pirates past and follow clues that may just lead you to treasure.
When the adventure ends, the kids divide their booty and enjoy a light snack of pretzels or goldfish crackers along with water or juice box.
Albatross Treasure Cruise
Kids hear “The Legend of the Albatross” and search for pirate booty across Crescent Lake and Epcot park’s World Showcase Lagoon. Departs from Bayside Marina at Disney’s Yacht Club Resort and Disney’s Beach Club Resort.

Arcadia Games – Video arcade featuring both classic and contemporary video games. To play games, you must first purchase a Game Card and add game points using a credit card or cash at a kiosk inside the arcade. Game Cards are rechargeable and can be used at other Walt Disney World Resort arcades.
Basketball Courts – Located near the health club, shoot some hoops at this basketball half-court. Complimentary basketballs can be checked out from the health club on a first-come, first-served basis for Guests staying at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.

A 24-hour ATM, presented by Chase are located on Disney property and accept the following cards and services: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover/Novus, Cirrus, Plus, Star and Honor, although they are subject to change.
Be sure to confirm the cash withdrawal limit with your card’s issuing bank. Some ATMs include a maximum transaction limit, above and beyond the cash withdrawal limit associated with your card. In addition, if your card is not issued by Chase you will incur a withdrawal fee, which will be added to the withdrawal amount, is in addition to any fees that may be assessed by the cardholder’s financial institution.

CHILD CARE/BABYSITTING
Kid’s Nite Out is an independent childcare provider, they offer one-to-one babysitting in the comfort of your Walt Disney World Resort hotel room. They will organize activities for children 6 months to 12 years of age such as arts and crafts, reading and playing.

LOST CHILDREN
A child who becomes separated from his or her parents while in the park will be escorted by a Cast Member to the Baby Care Center. Once there, the child will be looked after until the parent comes to claim the child.

DESIGNATED SMOKING AREAS
At Disney Resort hotels, smoking is permitted in designated outdoor smoking areas. Smoking is not permitted in Guest rooms or on balconies. Guests can request location information upon check-in.
If you have questions about our smoking policy, please ask a Disney Cast Member.
Smoking marijuana is not permitted at any time, even in designated smoking areas.
HOUSEKEEPING
Prior to your arrival, your room will undergo comprehensive cleaning with added attention to high-touch areas, like TV remotes and door handles, floors, which are steam cleaned and vacuumed between Guests. During your stay, your room will receive light housekeeping service every other day (unless you choose to decline the service). This service will include: Removal of trash and used towels, replenishment of towels and amenities throughout room and bathroom, wiping and cleaning of the vanity and counter surfaces as well as vacuuming, if needed.
In addition, housekeeping tools will be cleaned between rooms.
LAUNDRY AND DRYCLEANING SERVICES
You can find 24-hour self-service laundry rooms available on the second floor of the main building, as well as on the ground floors of most buildings with Guest Rooms.. For dry cleaning and valet laundry service, please select “Housekeeping” on your Guest Room phone.

TRANSPORTATION
Water Taxi-Take a scenic ride and enjoy the breeze while you glide around Seven Seas Lagoon, Bay Lake, Crescent Lake and Lke Hollywood.
Water taxis will transport you to and from Magic Kingdom. Water Taxis and Ferries run every 15 to 30 minutes
Hours of opreation will vary based on the water and weather conditions. All strollers must be folded and stowed away at all times. Medical strollers for guests with disabilities will be treated as whellchairs.
No Alcohol or luggage is permitted at any time.
Walt Disney World® Monorail Transportation – Monorails may be operating with modified service and routes. During guests’ upcoming visit, please check first with a Cast Member to be sure that monorail transportation is the best possible option, as there are many other transportation options available!
The Resort Monorail, makes the following stops:
- Magic Kingdom park
- Disney’s Contemporary Resort
- Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa
- Transportation and Ticket Center (TTC)
Due to refurbishment work at the Great Ceremonial House, monorail service to Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort is temporarily suspended.
The Express Monorail originates at the TTC and offers express round-trip service to Magic Kingdom park.
The Epcot Monorail is not operating until further notice. Bus service is available from operating Resort hotels.
The Walt Disney World Monorail System operates from 30 minutes prior to earliest park opening until one hour after latest park closing. Please note that glass containers of any type are not permitted on the monorail. Medical strollers for Guests with disabilities will be treated as wheelchairs.
Simply wait at one of the convenient and well-marked pickup points throughout Walt Disney World Resort. Your ride will then arrive—usually within minutes—ready to transport you to a variety of destinations. Walt Disney World® Bus Service – Complimentary, air-conditioned bus service throughout Walt Disney World Resort. Almost anywhere you want to go at Walt Disney World Resort is conveniently accessible by Disney Bus, which run continuously.
Some routes may require you to transfer buses. No luggage or alcohol of any type is permitted on Walt Disney World Resort buses. All strollers must be folded and stowed out of the aisle. Medical strollers for Guests with disabilities will be treated as wheelchairs. The bus stop at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is located between the main building and the Convention Center.
Disney’s Magical Express – Complimentary transportation to and from Orlando International Airport. Advance reservations are required.
Please note: Disney’s Magical Express service will no longer be providing luggage delivery for those arriving to and departing from the airport. The resort airline check-in service is also no longer available. The Disney’s Magical Express bus stop is located just in front of the lobby.
Disney’s Magical Express service will no longer be offered starting with arrivals January 1, 2022. The service will continue to operate for new and existing reservations made at Disney Resort hotels for arrivals throughout 2021.
Disney Minnie Van™ Service Connected by Lyft (temporarily unavailable)— The base rate is of $15 per pick-up, plus a per mile fee that varies based upon demand but will typically be around $2.75 to $3.00 per mile.
