OVERVIEW

Calypso rhythms will melt away worries, discover where life slows to a leisurely pace. Amidst vibrant colors and lush landscapes, Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort will transport you to paradise with the essence of 5 distinct islands: Barbados, Jamaica, Martinique, Trinidad and Aruba. Enjoy fun-filled activities—including colonial forts, lively markets, pristine beaches, splashy florals and swaying hammocks.

Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort has a total of 1,536 rooms, most are 314 square feet and have two queen-size beds; many rooms also have a slightly-smaller-than-a-twin-sized fold-down bed.

RECREATION

Pools at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort – Splash and play at Fuentes del Morro poor or choose from one of the serene leisure pools

Fuentes del Morro Pool – Have fun at this zero-entry pirate’s paradise, themed like a colonial Spanish fortress, zip by on one of 2 waterslides including one measuring 102 feet long. Kids can enjoy the shipwreck play area, complete with mini slides, a crow’s nest and a barrel of laughs that dispenses a drenching downpour.

A 12-person spa pool provides relaxation after a long day on the high seas, as do tropical drinks from the nearby Banana Cabana pool bar.

Please note: Guests must be 48″ or under to enjoy the Fuentes del Morro Water Play Area.

5 Leisure Pools – There is one pool located at each village, for the less boisterous members in your crew.

Caribbean Beach Campfire Activities – Celebrate the great outdoors with complimentary campfire activities.

Movies Under the Stars – Complimentary movie screenings of Disney films are available to Guests of Walt Disney World Resort hotels.

Pirate Adventure Cruise – Approximately 2 hours of hidden treasure fun for children ages 4 to 12 that must be potty trained. Choose from 2 excursions, each excursion is kids only, weather permitting from 9:30am-11:30am.

Islands of the Caribbean Pirate Cruise

Buccaneers sail the Ports of the Caribbean waters towards a tropical island located in the middle of Barefoot Bay while listening to legends of pirates past and follow clues that may just lead you to treasure.

When the adventure ends, the kids divide their booty and enjoy a light snack of pretzels or goldfish crackers along with water or juice box.

Albatross Treasure Cruise

Kids hear “The Legend of the Albatross” and search for pirate booty across Crescent Lake and Epcot park’s World Showcase Lagoon. Departs from Bayside Marina at Disney’s Yacht Club Resort and Disney’s Beach Club Resort.

Fishing – Experience catch-and-release fishing with a guided excursion leaving from Caribbean Cay Island. Choose from Guided Bass Fishing Excursions, which includes a 21-foot Sun Tracker pontoon boat that can accommodate up to 5 Guests, and a tournament-style NITRO® bass fishing boat for one or 2 people.

Bike Rentals – Enjoy a leisurely bicycle ride along the island promenade, helmets and child seats are complimentary with all bike rentals.

Volleyball – This beautiful sand and court near Martinique Village. Equipment is available at the Marina.

Jogging – Run or walk the 0.6-mile course with views of Barefoot Bay.

A 24-hour ATM, presented by Chase are located on Disney property and accept the following cards and services: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover/Novus, Cirrus, Plus, Star and Honor, although they are subject to change.

Be sure to confirm the cash withdrawal limit with your card’s issuing bank. Some ATMs include a maximum transaction limit, above and beyond the cash withdrawal limit associated with your card. In addition, if your card is not issued by Chase you will incur a withdrawal fee, which will be added to the withdrawal amount, is in addition to any fees that may be assessed by the cardholder’s financial institution.

CHILD CARE/BABYSITTING

Kid’s Nite Out is an independent childcare provider, they offer one-to-one babysitting in the comfort of your Walt Disney World Resort hotel room. They will organize activities for children 6 months to 12 years of age such as arts and crafts, reading and playing.

LOST CHILDREN

A child who becomes separated from his or her parents while in the park will be escorted by a Cast Member to the Baby Care Center. Once there, the child will be looked after until the parent comes to claim the child.

If you are unable to locate your child, alert a Cast Member and then check the Baby Care Center

DESIGNATED SMOKING AREAS

At Disney Resort hotels, smoking is permitted in designated outdoor smoking areas. Smoking is not permitted in Guest rooms or on balconies. Guests can request location information upon check-in.

If you have questions about our smoking policy please ask a Disney Cast Member.

Smoking marijuana is not permitted at any time, even in designated smoking areas.

HOUSEKEEPING

Prior to your arrival, your room will undergo comprehensive cleaning with added attention to high-touch areas, like TV remotes and door handles, floors, which are steam cleaned and vacuumed between Guests. During your stay, your room will receive light housekeeping service every other day (unless you choose to decline the service). This service will include: Removal of trash and used towels, replenishment of towels and amenities throughout room and bathroom, wiping and cleaning of the vanity and counter surfaces as well as vacuuming, if needed.

In addition, housekeeping tools will be cleaned between rooms.

MAIL SERVICES

If you intend to receive mail during your stay, be sure to have the mail sent to the mailing address of Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, make sure to include the word “Guest” and the date of your arrival at the hotel clearly on the package. Postcards, letters and pre-packed, pre-labeled packages with postage already applied can be mailed at the Front Desk or Concierge Desk.

MERCHANDISE DELIVERY AND PICKUP

You will be able to enjoy the parks without extra baggage with this convenient service! You can shop in-store at select Walt Disney World shops and through the Shop Disney Parks mobile app (valid for merchandise in stock at Walt Disney World Resort). Merchandise delivery to your Disney Resort hotel is complimentary.

You can arrange to have your merchandise delivered to the Concierge at Barbados, where it will be available for pickup later.

WIFI

To access complimentary Wi-Fi, simply select the Walt Disney World Resort network from a Wi-Fi enabled device. Then, you’ll be able to browse the Internet, read email, access instant messaging, share memories from your vacation and use the My Disney Experience app to make the most of your visit! TRANSPORTATION

Disney Minnie Van™ Service Connected by Lyft (Temporarily Unavailable)— The base rate is of $15 per pick-up, plus a per mile fee that varies based upon demand, but will typically be around $2.75 to $3.00 per mile

Disney’s Magical Express – Complimentary transportation to and from Orlando International Airport. Advanced reservations are required.

Please note: Disney’s Magical Express service will no longer be providing luggage delivery for those arriving to and departing from the airport. The resort airline check-in service is also no longer available. The Disney’s Magical Express bus stop is located just in front of the lobby.

Disney’s Magical Express service will no longer be offered starting with arrivals January 1, 2022. The service will continue to operate for new and existing reservations made at Disney Resort hotels for arrivals throughout 2021.

Disney Skyliner Transportation Lawn – This new gondola system offers a bird’s-eye view while connecting Guests to Epcot and Disney’s Hollywood Studios from select Disney Resort hotels. A Disney Skyliner station is conveniently located at the International Gateway to Epcot— just a quick stroll away from Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort.

Disney’s Bus Transportation – Most areas throughout Walt Disney World Resort—including theme parks, water parks, Disney Resort hotels and the Disney Springs area—are accessible by complimentary bus transportation. The bus stop at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort is located at Old Port Royale Centertown.

PARKING

Standard overnight self-parking is available to registered Guests for a fee that will be applied to their hotel folio upon check-out. All parking fees include applicable tax.
