OVERVIEW

Disney’s Saratoga Resort & Spa is designed after a late 1800s’ New York retreat for the horse racing and spa aficionado. This Victorian-style resort lays between Lake Buena vista and its rolling greens golf course.

This resort has a total of 1,260rooms featuring studio and one-bedroom units that can accommodate up to 4 guests, Villas with one and two-bedroom units that can hold 8, and 3 bedroom Grand Villas that can house 12. 

All units can also include one child under age 3 in a crib as well as a kitchen or kitchenette and amenities that make this stay like a home away from home.

Studio: 

Features a queen-sized bed with a double-sized sleeper sofa and include a kitchenette with microwave, under-counter refrigerator, wet bar, coffee maker, ceiling fan, TV, clock radio, hair dryer, full bath with outside vanity, wall safe and private porch or balcony. Four guests maximum plus one child under age 3 in a crib.

Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa Pools

High Rock Spring Pool

 Home to a cooling waterfall, zero-depth entry and a 128-foot water slide built into the rocks as well as 2 whirlpool spas.

Complimentary towels are provided at all pools.

Life jackets are provided on request.

The Paddock Pool – Zero-depth entry pool with a 146-foot-long waterslide and a fun aquatic play area for the kiddos. A horseshoe shaped whirlpool for relaxing as well as 2 small slides for the younger kids.

3 Leisure Pools – Located at the Treehouse Villas, Congress Park and The Grandstand.

Recreation/Amenities

Win, Paint and Show – This is an instructor led, Disney Inspired painting class. Let our creativity flow with this fun class for beginners to experts. Designs change on a monthly basis. Guests must be at least 12 years of age to participate.

Sunrise Yoga – The perfect way to start your day with a 30 Minute gentle yoga class. Space is limited to 20 Guests staying at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort. Classes are offered on Mondays and Wednesdays starting at 7 a.m.  Children of all ages welcome but must be accompanied by an adult. All Fitness levels are welcome. Mats and towels are provided on-site.

Movies Under the Stars – Complimentary movie screenings are available to Guests of Walt Disney World Resort hotels.

Saratoga Springs Campfire Activities – Celebrate the great outdoors with complimentary campfire activities.

Bike Rentals – Ride along tree-lined paths. Both adult bikes and children’s bikes—some with training wheels are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Florida law requires bicyclists under 16 years of age to wear helmets, and Guests must remain within the specific Resort area where the bike has been rented.

Surrey Bike Rentals – Covered bicycle built for 2—or 4! Available from Hank’s Rent ‘N Return.

Fishing – Guided catch-and-release outings let you experience bass fishing at its finest—all year round! Choose from Guided Bass Fishing Excursions, which includes a 21-foot Sun Tracker pontoon boat that can accommodate up to 5 Guests, and a tournament-style NITRO® bass fishing boat for one or 2 people.

Tennis – Complimentary tennis racquets and balls are available at the Community Hall at Bay Lake Tower. Any Guest of a Walt Disney World Resort hotel may access the tennis courts, and equipment can be obtained using your MagicBand or a valid Resort ID.  

Guests under age 18 must have parent or guardian permission to call.

Running Trails – There are available pathways throughout Walt Disney World Resort. Distances are approximate, and maps are available from Lobby Concierges. 

Basketball – The court at Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort is open to Resort hotel Guests, with complimentary basketball rental available at the Community Hall.

Playground – Children can choose from three playgrounds—2 wet, one dry. A wet playground is located at Paddock Pool and the other one near The Grand Stand Pool. The dry playground is near the Congress Park Pool.

Win, Place or Show Arcade – Family friendly arcade located near the Turtle Shack Poolside Snacks. To play games, you must first purchase a Game Card and add game points using a credit card or cash at a kiosk inside the arcade. Game Cards are rechargeable and can be used at other Walt Disney World Resort arcades.

Disney’s Lake Buena Vista Golf Course – Classic country club host to the PGA Tour, LPGA Tour and USGA events.

Community Halls – Complimentary foosball, air hockey, pool, ping-pong, crafts and more! 

Amenities and activities are available to current Guests of the Resort where the Community Hall is located. Most are complimentary, while some are available for a fee.

Senses, A Disney Spa at Disney’s Saratoga Springs – A full-service spa and health club inspired by the 19th century wellness retreats of upstate New York.

ATM

A 24-hour ATM, presented by Chase are located on Disney property and accept the following cards and services: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover/Novus, Cirrus, Plus, Star and Honor, although they are subject to change.

Be sure to confirm the cash withdrawal limit with your card’s issuing bank. Some ATMs include a maximum transaction limit, above and beyond the cash withdrawal limit associated with your card. In addition, if your card is not issues by Chase you will incur a withdrawal fee, which will be added to the withdrawal amount, is in addition to any fees that may be assessed by the cardholder’s financial institution.

CHILD CARE/BABYSITTING

Kid’s Nite Out is an independent childcare provider, they offer one-to-one babysitting in the comfort of your Walt Disney World Resort hotel room. They will organize activities for children 6 months to 12 years of age such as arts and crafts, reading and playing.

LOST CHILDREN

A child who becomes separated from his or her parents while in the park will be escorted by a Cast Member to the Baby Care Center. Once there, the child will be looked after until the parent comes to claim the child.

If you are unable to locate your child, alert a Cast Member and then check the Baby Care Center

DESIGNATED SMOKING AREAS

At Disney Resort hotels, smoking is permitted in designated outdoor smoking areas. Smoking is not permitted in Guest rooms or on balconies. Guests can request location information upon check-in.

If you have questions about our smoking policy, please ask a Disney Cast Member.

Smoking marijuana is not permitted at any time, even in designated smoking areas.

HOUSEKEEPING

Prior to your arrival, your room will undergo comprehensive cleaning with added attention to high-touch areas, like TV remotes and door handles, floors, which are steam cleaned and vacuumed between Guests. During your stay, your room will receive light housekeeping service every other day (unless you choose to decline the service). This service will include: Removal of trash and used towels, replenishment of towels and amenities throughout room and bathroom, wiping and cleaning of the vanity and counter surfaces as well as vacuuming, if needed.

In addition, housekeeping tools will be cleaned between rooms.

LAUNDRY AND DRYCLEANING SERVICES

You can find 24-hour self-service laundry rooms available near The Big Blue Pool, Flippin’ Fins Pool and Cozy Cone Pool. For dry cleaning and valet laundry service, please select “Housekeeping” on your Guest Room phone.

MAIL SERVICES

If you intend to receive mail during your stay, be sure to have the mail sent to the mailing address of Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, make sure to include the word “Guest” and the date of your arrival at the hotel clearly on the package. Postcards, letters and pre-packed, pre-labeled packages with postage already applied can be mailed at the Front Desk or Concierge Desk.

MERCHANDISE DELIVERY AND PICKUP

You will be able to enjoy the parks without extra baggage with this convenient service! You can shop in-store at select Walt Disney World shops and through the Shop Disney Parks mobile app (valid for merchandise in stock at Walt Disney World Resort). Merchandise delivery to your Disney Resort hotel is complimentary.

You can arrange to have your merchandise delivered to Ink & Paint Shop at the Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, where it will be available for pickup later.

WIFI

To access complimentary Wi-Fi, simply select the Walt Disney World Resort network from a Wi-Fi enabled device. Then, you’ll be able to browse the Internet, read email, access instant messaging, share memories from your vacation and use the My Disney Experience app to make the most of your visit! Overnight Self-Parking

Standard overnight self-parking is available to registered Guests for a fee that will be applied to their hotel folio upon check-out. All parking fees include applicable tax.

Standard Overnight Parking charges per Resort Category:

• Disney Value Resorts: $15 per night

• Disney Moderate Resorts: $20 per night

• Disney Deluxe and Deluxe Villa Resorts: $25 per night

Complimentary standard parking is available to Guests staying at the Campsites at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort. Each campsite provides parking space for one (1) motorized vehicle. 

Valet Parking

Valet Parking is available at select Disney Deluxe Resorts and Disney Deluxe Villas for $33 per night (sales tax included).

Designated parking areas are available throughout Walt Disney World Resort for Guests with disabilities. A valid disability parking permit is required.

TRANSPORTATION

Walt Disney World® Bus Service – Complimentary, air-conditioned bus service throughout Walt Disney World Resort. Almost anywhere you want to go at Walt Disney World Resort is conveniently accessible by Disney Bus, which run continuously.

Some routes may require you to transfer buses. No luggage or alcohol of any type is permitted on Walt Disney World Resort buses. All strollers must be folded and stowed out of the aisle. Medical strollers for Guests with disabilities will be treated as wheelchairs.

Disney’s Magical Express – Complimentary transportation to and from Orlando International Airport. Advance reservations are required.

Please note: Disney’s Magical Express service will no longer be providing luggage delivery for those arriving to and departing from the airport. The resort airline check-in service is also no longer available. The Disney’s Magical Express bus stop is located just in front of the lobby.

Disney’s Magical Express service will no longer be offered starting with arrivals January 1, 2022. The service will continue to operate for new and existing reservations made at Disney Resort hotels for arrivals throughout 2021.

Disney Minnie Van™ Service Connected by Lyft — The base rate is of $15 per pick-up, plus a per mile fee that varies based upon demand but will typically be around $2.75 to $3.00 per mile.
